Boasting a prime position on the beautiful Côte d’Or Beach, Acajou Hotel lazes unassumingly amidst dense Casuarina and Takamaka trees, coconut palms and lush tropical gardens.
Constructed from mahogany wood, this small hotel has been designed to blend into the surroundings, offering comfortable accommodation on two levels with individual sea-facing balconies.
The rooms frame the central swimming pool that lies in close proximity to the beach bar. Here light snacks and refreshments are served between 12.30hrs and 16.00hrs.
The main pavilion accommodates the hotel’s restaurant and bar, where a selection of Creole and international dishes are served. Entertainment is provided two or three times each week during the evening dinner, but the general theme is very low-key and subtle. A starlit amble along the beach will provide a soothing climax to your stay at Acajou as you wander past the beach-side hotels and small restaurants that lace the bay. During the day the beautiful Côte d’Or beach will also provide a wealth of water sports and boat excursions to neighbouring islands for snorkelling and barbecue lunches.
